Job Description

Superplay is seeking outgoing, energetic personalities to join our team! As a Birthday Party Host, you are responsible for creating a fun, exciting, and memorable experience for the birthday child and their guests.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

  • Create FUN!
  • Engage with your assigned birthday party from start to finish
  • Set up the birthday party and clean up
  • Work and communicate with the kitchen, bowling, and arcade departments to execute the birthday party
  • Making sure the birthday child!

Position Requirements

  • Friendly and professional demeanor

Job Description

At Superplay, our Bowling Counter Attendant’s set the stage for our Guests by providing a warm welcome and serving as their information source for all activities and specials! As a Bowling Counter Attendant, your high energy, helpful, and knowledgeable so you can guide our Guest’s through the activities we offer to ensure their experience is FUN and memorable. You’re an expert in ensuring the bowling experience is exceptional and in using the various systems to successfully perform your job! You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

  • Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards 
  • Welcoming and engaging with all Guests, all while being an ambassador of FUN!
  • Promoting and recommending activities based on a Guest’s needs and activity availability
  • Troubleshooting and handling lane malfunction calls
  • Issuing and cleaning bowling shoes; maintaining shoe organization
  • Escorting Guests to their lane and assisting them with their lane set up and ball selection
  • Ensuring Guests adhere to all bowling safety standards 
  • Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back
  • Maintaining a clean and organized Bowling Counter and/or lanes; completing side duties

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus, but not required
  • Guest focused mindset 
  • Teamwork is a must 
  • Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the business
  • Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
  • Availability to work, days, nights and/or weekends

Full Job Description

Superplay Games Attendants are at the center of the action on our games floor! As a Games Attendant, you are technologically savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests! You are knowledgeable on all of our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Guest’s interest and needs. You monitor event activities and safety protocols, and you make redemption suggestions so our Guests can take home the best prizes! You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

  • Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards 
  • Welcoming and engaging with all Guests, all while being an ambassador of FUN!
  • Monitoring activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, batting cages to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe
  • Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
  • Making sure the games and redemption counter are clean and stocked
  • Assisting Guests with questions regarding point redemption
  • Performing minor repairs to games and laser tag vests
  • Partnering with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment (communication is key!)
  • Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties

Full Job Description

Superplay Technicians are responsible for maintaining the FUN! As a technician. you are knowledgeable on the mechanics and operations of our games and entertainment options, and ensure they are performing properly, and safely. You are responsible for supporting the maintenance of the center’s equipment, building, and systems to name a few. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

  • Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards 
  • Performing electrical, mechanical, and technical work related to construction, repairs, preventive and scheduled maintenance 
  • Troubleshooting repairs on games, tellers, pinsetters, etc.
  • Disassembling, replace and repairing mechanical and electrical components or parts such as bearings, coils, armatures, and wiring
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Ordering supplies, tools, and materials as needed
  • Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the mechanic shop and facility

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Guest focused mindset 
  • Teamwork is a must 
  • Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the business
  • General knowledge/skill set on the repair and maintenance of automated bowling equipment and arcade games
  • Skilled in practical application of electronics, mechanics, and hydraulics
  • Basic working knowledge of hand tools; ability to use and handle tools to perform work
  • Ability to perform work on ladders
  • Ability to handle equipment up to 250 lbs.
  • Knowledgeable on OSHA regulations and safety practices
  • Ability to wear and work in personal protective equipment
  • Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
  • Availability to work, days, nights and/or weekends
